Information We Collect Directly from You

  • Subscription information including your name, shipping address, email address, and payment details necessary to process and fulfill your monthly subscription.

  • Shopping information including the items you view, put in your cart, or add to your wishlist.
  • Prayer intentions that you voluntarily submit through our prayer intention submission form. These intentions may be shared with other Pray on Paper Club members as part of the club's prayer exchange program. By submitting a prayer intention, you acknowledge and consent to this sharing. Prayer intentions are stored indefinitely as part of our records.
  • Customer support information including the information you choose to include in communications with us.

Some features of the Services may require you to directly provide us with certain information about yourself. You may elect not to provide this information, but doing so may prevent you from using or accessing these features.

  • Shopify, which powers our online store and collects information necessary to process orders.
  • Stripe, our payment processor, which collects payment information to process your subscription and one-time purchases.
  • Systeme.io, our email marketing and subscription management platform.
  • Tally.so, which powers our prayer intention submission form.
  • Make.com, which we use to automate data workflows between our platforms.
  • Google, including Google Analytics for website analytics and Google Sheets for fulfillment tracking.
  • Meta (Facebook), including the Meta Pixel which we use to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns.

Any information we obtain from third parties will be treated in accordance with this Privacy Policy. We are not responsible or liable for the accuracy of the information provided to us by third parties and are not responsible for any third party's policies or practices.


How We Use Your Personal Information

Providing Products and Services. We use your personal information to provide you with the Services in order to perform our contract with you, including to process your payments, fulfill your orders and monthly subscription shipments, send notifications related to your account and purchases, and to arrange for shipping.

Prayer Intention Exchange. If you submit a prayer intention through our form, we use that information to facilitate our monthly prayer exchange program. Your intention will be printed and included in another club member's envelope. Your first name and city/state will be included alongside your intention. Your full name, email address, and other identifying details will not be shared.

Marketing and Advertising. We use your personal information for marketing and promotional purposes, such as to send marketing, advertising and promotional communications by email, and to show you advertisements for products or services. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send.

Security and Fraud Prevention. We use your personal information to detect, investigate or take action regarding possible fraudulent, illegal or malicious activity.

Communicating with you. We use your personal information to provide you with customer support and improve our Services.

  • Contract: To fulfill your subscription and process your orders.

Prayer Intention Data — Special Notice

When you submit a prayer intention through our form, you are voluntarily sharing personal and potentially sensitive information. Your intention will be seen by us and by one other club member as part of the prayer exchange program. It will not be published publicly or shared beyond that. By submitting an intention you acknowledge and consent to this limited sharing. If you would like your intention removed from our records, please contact us at support@prayonpaper.com.


Children's Data

The Services are not intended to be used by children, and we do not knowingly collect any personal information about children. If you are the parent or guardian of a child who has provided us with their personal information, you may contact us using the contact details set out below to request that it be deleted.


Security and Retention of Your Information

We recommend that you do not use unsecure channels to communicate sensitive or confidential information to us.

We are based in the United States and your personal information will be processed and stored in the United States. If you are accessing our Services from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States where our servers are located and our central database is operated.
